Dirt Bike Bitz offer a fast, efficient and hassle free delivery service. You choose which products to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will make sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a 'next day' service and all our deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. It is possible to have your goods delivered on a Saturday for an addition fee. If you require this then please contact us to arrange.

*We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should normally allow 48 hours to receive your order, e.g if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. During busy periods, e.g. November, December, you should allow 4 - 5 days to receive your order. However, if you live in the Borders or north of there, Parcelforce delivery periods are 2 days, even though they are sent on a 'next day' service, sorry.

*** Due to the high volume of orders we are currently experiencing there is a 24 hour delay on the processing of telephone orders. Internet orders are processed immediately as usual.***

We use Parcelforce for all items which are too large to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left and you can collect the item from your local post office. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.

A signature is required for all orders sent via Parcelforce. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.

Free shipping is available on ALL internet orders over £50 to locations in Zone 1, detailed in the table below. To see if the item you would like to purchase qualifies for free shipping, look out for the 'Free Shipping' text on the product page - as shown in the picture below. If your item doesn't qualify then don't worry as our shipping rates are kept low and can be seen in the table below.

To find out how much shipping will be, as a guide you can use the table below, but to accdurately calculate the shipping you will be charged you need to add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket. On the page listing all the items you want to purchase (your shopping cart page) below the list of items you will see a shipping calculation table, you can use this to select your country and find out how much delivery will be. Don't forget that our prices are in GBP, so if you live outside the UK you can change your currency on the website to your local currency

*1 Prices quoted are to mainland destinations only. Delivery costs to the Azores, Balearic Islands & Madeira are £20 more than the rates quoted above. Delivery costs to Corsica are £10 more than the cost quoted above. When placing your order to one of the previously listed destinations you must agree to pay the additional postage cost which will be taken on the same card used for your original order.

All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 14 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.

Items damaged on arrived must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be entertained.

1. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or sent incorrectly

2. Items returned for cancellation or exchange

3. Items returned from overseas

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs). We will also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.

motocrossgrafix.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 14 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 14 day period.

If refund requested, a 20% restocking charge is applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.

For exchange of items, please note that an additional £4.99 will be required to cover postage costs for Mainland UK redeliveries, this will increase for deliveries outside of this area, although we can assure you that we only charge cost on redeliveries

Goods returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.
