All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a 'next day' service and all our deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should normally allow 48 hours to receive your order, e.g if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. During busy periods, e.g. November, December, you should allow 4 - 5 days to receive your order. However, if you live in the Borders or north of there, Parcelforce delivery periods are 2 days, even though they are sent on a 'next day' service, sorry.
